If you take your training seriously you can learn a lot from this instructor who teaches Shit-Ryu style. The instructor has a great blend of teaching katas & bunkai, drilling striking techniques, as well as drilling some sweeps/throws. There is light sparring, and occasionally, ( if youre interested,) there are harder Kyokushin style sparring sessions. Most importantly, the instructor is dedicated to developing his students mind, body, & spirit and ensures his students are respectful and that they train hard but safely.
