I love Jamba Juice but I stopped drinking there because their drinks use so much plastic. I wish there was a paper cup option. I feel bad wasting a plastic cup every time I drink there.

I stopped by today to get Belgian Waffle parfait with coconut whip and also 2 açai primo bowls. Firstly they gave me Belgian parfait bowl with a separate waffle.. Had absolutely no berries or strawberries in the bowl either.. I requested them to remake it complete. The employee had an attitude remaking it but agreed to do it.. Then they made me a new bowl which was half way filled.. not a complete bowl !! Also forgot to add coconut whip .. This location doesn't work properly on their orders n if you tell them to remake it they will show you attitudes.. And if they do remake it they will on purpose forget something !! Horrible experience .. GO TO A DIFFERENT location !!!  Worst Customer Service !! This is my 2ND BAD experience at this location. Should have left a review on their first mess up as well !!
