I love Jamba juice and may God bless the next customer because the (White guy - non racist because Im a retired Marine) guy who made my smoothie was horrible even after I purchased another order and paid for another after he lacked attention to detail on the first order and had no care for my specific request as the customer. Paid for two smoothies walked out with ZERO!
Management should hire new personnel, train better or be available to handle what on site issues an employee cant handle. Someone should have supervisor authority while the boss is out. Thank you for this experience it confirmed my ability to walk away and not allow someone to shatter my grieving peace for the day but all smoothies matters Sir some people have reasons for their request but thank God the waffle was amazing.

Walked in to JJ today as a regular customer that is now changing! I went to order and and the young lady came out as I was preparing to order from another employee. She said do you have a mask ? I said no, she then said you have to have mask! I said I will just make it easy and walk walk away ! So, long time customer Gone boom just like that!!! Hell of a business plan!

Associate with poor hygiene, hair sticking out under hat and mask, decide to enforce hygiene. He politely explained that he can not sell me merchandise if I don't have a mask. Even though I have medical exemption. Reichstag Jove, I know you're just doing your job, likewise, in German camps that's exactly what officers were telling to the slaves before gassing them.
