        Placed an online order via Jamba Juice App. It said they closed at 9 but when I showed up at 8:36 they were already closed. I wasnt the only customer who didnt get to receive their order. Why not just update your open time? Hope I get my refund. Will update if there is.

        This place is absolutely ridiculous with lazy workers. So today (3/13/23 at night) they had a sign saying "Short staffed mobile orders or doordash only" but there was no lines or anything inside, when I came in there was 2 staff just hiding in the back room. We didn't want to pay extra fees for Doordash pick up when we were literally already in the store. Although, the worker saw us inside and there was no line she still ignored us and made us order online lol??? So then we tried to order on the Jamba juice app and my order kept going to error and couldn't be placed, so I asked if I can just order with her on the counter and she made an excuse saying it wasn't working. Like are you "short staffed" or is the "register not working" or are y'all just lazy..
