This review is long past due. Sally was very professional and attentive to my needs. Communication was clear which I appreciate very much. Not only did she help create the concept/design for my restaurant, she also helped with purchasing and coordination with my contractor. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed properly. Even lending a hand when I was out of town to handle some situations that needed to be handled in person. After the build out I also hired her to plan the Grand Opening party which was a huge success! She was able to keep costs at or below the budget. I will definitely hire her again for future projects. We were looking for a designer to assist us on a new location. We struck gold with Sally and Crave design helpful, great insight to current trends and a absolutely wonderful sense of design and fashion, she listened to our concept delivered and improved it, assisted us from design to helping with our GC /Architect and help sourced materials. We are extremely grateful to have found Sally and Crave design.

Where do I start?In April of 2020 I was furloughed from a tech company I had been with for 7 years due to the COVID pandemic. It was during this time my fiance and I decided we no longer want to rely on working for another company and instead open our dream coffee shop. While most businesses were shutting down or even worse, closing their doors forever, we took this time to pour everything into the coffee shop.After obtaining the perfect space I needed help with bringing my design to life and that's where Sally came in, with Crave Design. The space we took over was an old hair salon, not up to restaurant code. This means we had a lot of renovating to do, so much so, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this route if you're planning on opening a food facility in San Diego county, although with the help of Sally and a good contractor you're sure to be in good hands. Sally was there every step of the way for me. She met me numerous times providing samples of what I could use to build the bar with, finish the countertops with, and different textiles that we could use to give the bar more detail. She somehow always fit me into her schedule whether it was a quick call or to stop by the shop. Since we were doing a complete renovation we had to go back and forth with the county on our plans and Sally was so incredibly helpful and always on top of it including the turn around time. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and a great eye for detail. Sally is professional, punctual, and personable and I couldn't recommend her more!
