GreenTree Inn San Diego Mission Bay

We chose the GreenTree Inn due to its proximity to SeaWorld. The hotel is older and due for a renovation. However, the rooms were clean and the service was great. The complimentary hot breakfast was good (not amazing, but good). We would stay here again. Nearby activities: Seaworld

I had eye surgery and needed to stay close to hospital, because I live 2 hours away. After surgery they let us have the room earlier. Breakfast was great.

Overall good but. The pool is sooooo small and they catfish you on how big it is, very disappointed. Was looking forward to going to the pool but its literally 4*4 feet. Theres only one picture of it in the website and its a good angle but not how it looks like. Also I unfortunately found a lollipop stick in my bed. I did not have any lollipops during my stay. The bathroom is small, the shower feels like youre in a sauna the ventilation is poor. I had to shower in cold water so I dont suffocate from the humidity. Parking is difficult my vehicle has almost been in 10 car crashes and have almost witnessed some. Overall I think you are better off somewhere else

This is an older hotel but it's clean and economical. One row of rooms faces the adjacent park which is really nice. In front of the hotel is Geckos a Mexican restaurant and it's really good. Across the park is a bar that is really nice also. This might be a good place to take the family because of the park next door. The rooms are not spacious and the decor is dated, so I wouldn't stay here if you're trying to impress anyone.
