Palihotel San Diego

Lovely staff, classic & chic decor, good bar/restaurant attached, and reasonably priced in a prime location. Recommended.

All hotel staff, reception, vale parking, cleaning, breakfast experiences was excellent. Very professional staff who are really very cute and helpful. Rooms are very clean, usefull and pleased. PaliHotel is located center of city. You can reach all the city facilities (fun, bar, clubs etc.) by walk. Very thanks to all staff for hospitality. Also San Diego is the best all USA. Im going to visit San Diego and Pali Hotel again next year

Classical themeing works well but the original elevators are a bit frustrating to operate. Some sounds might make things easier to know why the elevator isn't moving. Just didn't instill confidence it was operating as requested, it would go to the wrong floors at times like it didn't get my request. Staff is super helpful, valet always there to open the door. Wish there were more electrical outlets, only found one set of two plugs. Need a 6ft cable to have phone next to one side of bed. A sign on the street labeling the hotel would be nice, got confused if I was at the right place on first pull up. Rooms: Tight queen rooms, kept feeling like I was falling off the bed so had to sleep deep in bed, wouldn't work if two people in bed. Cute vibe and some nice amenities (e.g., croissants in lobby during morning time). Elevator was very old, slow, and down for maintenance one evening. Rooms are incredibly small. The hotel just opened and some kinks to work out but overall was ok.
