I am a senior that the Doctor ordered a home health to take care of me from surgery. The Home Health that the Doctor sent to me name ANGELICUM HOME HEALTH locate in SAN DIEGO. The first nurse never call me for an Appointment just come and kicking on the door while I was taking a bath, he very angry . I asking for a second nurse, this guy was late for an hour from the Appointment I ask him to let's me know if it to late for that I can do some things else. He walk out and said I will not coming back. The third nurse was see me twice and disappeared for the whole week. I try to call to find out but she not answer the PHONE. The OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST was sent to see me and on the third visit , she was late for one hour ,I told her not to come but she was show up and want me to sign a paper for that she will get pay .I refuse to sign , she was walk out and slammed the door very loud. The PHYSICAL therapy only 2 days per week but he called in few times for PERSONAL Business. I don't get any benefits from this ANGELICUM HOME HEALTH and the worker was rude an not professional.I have had 3 HOME Health and never had any problems but this one is the WORST. The company is not interesting to solve problems and not answer my called.
