    Not a life-threatening issue but the sort that makes you wonder who's minding the store: I called to refill CPAP filters, I think this should be a pack of 12. Small, like stamps. They were sent in a box about 8x10 inches AND the package contained ONE lonely filter!!

    I was very happy with their service and equipment, until I got my portable oxygen condenser, I notified them that I was going out of state and needed a backup battery, I was told one was on order, I said ok cuzz I didn't need it right away, I kept inquiring about it and was told it would be here , two months later and threes days before I leave I am told that my machinr e had been discomtinued and extra batteries are not available. I asked got replacememt and was told that I had to eaiy gor approval from insuranve and then see if pne is available. I Leave Monday!!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. This company puts patient health in jeopardy due to their lack of coordination and gross incompetence. My mom was scheduled to be discharged this morning, but her hospital bed and other equipment has not been delivered yet despite the orders and supporting documentation being submitted 1 week ago. Ive called dozens of times, spent hours on the phone with their useless staff, and waiting for assured calls back that never came. Our hospital social worker has also done the same without success. My mom has an open wound and needs a wheelchair to move, and at this rate she will not have her medically required pressure relief bed and equipment in time for her discharge. All required documentation has already been provided to super care and they are still saying they cant initiate the delivery. After my mom made a miraculous recovery from a brain injury, super care now is putting her health at risk due to not providing her medically necessary equipment in time for her discharge. Ive asked to speak to managers multiple times and have been told that there is no way to get in touch with anyone directly. Their customer service can only send an urgent email to the relevant team. Clearly these urgent emails havent amounted to anything since Ive requested that several be sent.
