Small business, small showroom. Heard about the company thru a contact on 'Nextdoor' app. Needed to replace a broken bedroom window, the 'slider' part. When I called to set up a home repair, they coached me thru safely removing the slider frame from the track. That way, I could drive the broken window to them myself, saving money!

Quoted for fixing 3 shower doors. When they came, we decided to only fix two and they very fairly adjusted the quote. Work was prompt/quick/efficient. Would recommend!

Chris came out to our home to estimate a glass install for a new shower we just had built.  He was very professional and spent a lot of time with my wife reviewing the various hardware options.  He also went into great detail explaining the various glass options.  I thought the pricing was a little high, but that could just be "pandemic related".  They got the glass done much sooner than expected and were very professional on the install.  The installers noticed 2 defects in the glass (not sure I would have spotted them).  They said they were unacceptable and would replace the glass.  They came back out about a week later and installed the new glass.  They came back out one more time to make an adjustment to the door (was slightly higher than the glass).  Overall we are very impressed with their responsiveness and excellent customer service.  We plan to use them again when we do our other bathrooms.

So had my screens replaced by this vendor. When my husband tried to place in our windows the fit was so tight he broke off the cheaply made pulls. I should have returned them but after spending so much time getting them in (couldnt take out) I thought they would stretch. Fast forward six months, having windows cleaned and we couldnt get screens out without breaking. Called the vendor and they offered me 20% off. Steer clear from this company, not only for poor customer service but for cheaply made products.

The owner Chris is very responsive and friendly. He even drove to Corona, a 4 hour round-trip drive, to pick up a piece of glass so my job would not be delayed!
