Art of Framing

This was my second time being there, very nice people, until I had a issue with the glare on my picture, I took it back to see about the adjustments. I got the owner, same thing she tells everyone Else, short of staff, someone died last year, they send it out so it might take a few weeks, I was okay with that . So they took it off per my request, but the owner didn't work with me, she was rude, well that's what you ordered, she was very stressed, I see why she can't keep employees, on top of that she told me they do everything there, that's not what the gentleman and lady told me. So make sure they do it in house, they must have been short of staff that day.

I needed a couple of pieces framed and searched out some places online.  I liked the reviews from Art of Framing, so yesterday we took the time to drive about 15 miles over there to see about getting some framing ideas for the two pieces and a price quote.  When we arrived, we see that there is a sign on the door that says an appointment is needed for service because they are short-handed due to the death last year of their head framer.  Ok, fine, I'm sympathetic, but for other customers who don't know about this new requirement, can you please put something on your website or on this page about the appointment requirement so other potential customers don't waste their time driving to your shop for service? Thanks.

Very friendly and excellent product! Roby helped stretch two large canvasses for us and they turned out beautifully! Outside of the great work, Roby brings an upbeat positive energy that left a meaningful impression. We'll be back for future framing needs. Thank you!

I called a couple of  times to inquire about a custom  project.  My information was taken down from a representative who said he would call me back when the store wasn't as busy.  I was completely understanding.  I was astounded when I called back the next day and experienced the level of rudeness and horrible customer service that I encountered.  I am so bummed to not partner with this company since they have raving reviews.  However, I cannot support a company that is represented by hostile and inappropriately sarcastic phone conversations.
