Leon is an excellent project manager and his crew completed a retaining wall for our backyard in about a week. Very pleased with the final result and with the great communication.

O-u-t-s-t-a-n-d-i-n-g. From the first consolation to their designer to their wonderful and efficient office staff to their operations superintendent, we had the best remodeling experience. Equally important is the superb communication process thru out the whole remodel and the continued accommodation to the homeowners by Ilai the project manager. We appreciate the smooth operations. The crews did an excellent professional job with minimal disturbance. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with such professionals to include their finance personnel. Simple Design & Build made the whole process a great experience for us. Without hesitation , if you desire a home remodel, highly recommend! Thanks again Ilai, Leon and everyone.

They came right on time as scheduled. Helped with the design and the inputs of the construction that we didn't understand much before the renovation. our bathroom quickly and completely. Ilai and Leon even checked the entire outdoor patio to insure all of the screens were secure without us asking. Very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Was such a pleasure to work with Ilai and Leon. They were very nice and thorough and provided us with all the details for us to approve before he began the project. Was super easy to communicate with them and with their team of professionals in every step of the way. They were extremely friendly. Can't be more proud in our back & front yard. We are so grateful they brought our vision to life !

Simple Design & Build Inc. built us a large concrete shed foundation and an exterior door landing pad. The work was completed quickly and the communication and customer service, especially from Leon, was outstanding. The structures turned out exactly how we wanted them. We are very happy we chose SDB for this work on our home.
