I had several roof leaks a few years ago. I researched many companies and decided on GBC. And, I am so glad I did! They immediately responded to me and replaced my roof at a reasonable cost. I haven't had any more roof leaks, even after heavy rainy days. I highly recommend GBC.

Last year we started two projects with GBC. We had a roof leak in our granny flat, and of course it was during the rainy season! GBC tarped our roof so we would not have any additional damage while we were waiting to start the re-roofing. We also had solar they had to take off and reinstall. Once the roof was completed, we started on repairing and Tex-Cote CoolWall strip and paint. Our eves were rotted and they had to replace all that too. The work took a bit of time because we have the area of two large homes. They did a great job. They inspected with me a number of times to make sure I was happy with the their progress. Their constant refrain was, are you happy? It was, whatever you need to complete the job to your satisfaction. They were very professional and treated my property with respect!

Does Not Honor Contract Pricing!! Had them come out to give me a bid for new roofing, gutters and house painting. Price was out of budget. Was contacted about a week or so later saying they wanted to use my house for their advertising and would like to come out and make another bid. Agreed to that, came and spent 3 1/2 hours with me. We came to a price that Jim negotiated with the owner and I signed contracts and paid a deposit. Someone was supposed to come out about a week later to walk the job with me and I was given a 2 hour window time. Never showed and never called. Called the office half an hour after my window time and was told they were cancelling the job because they would lose money on it. This is unacceptable. Do not waste hours of my time, negotiate a price and then never bother to call me to let them know that they cancelled the job, despite having signed contracts. Buyer beware and I have let all my homeowner friends know not to use this company.

This review is way overdue. I had a horrible leak from our roof into a bedroom December 2022 during a heavy rainstorm. GBC came to the rescue. Our roof was tarped quickly to delay any further damage to the inside of our home. Unfortunately our roof was not repairable so we decided to have a new roof placed. Everyone inside the office as well as the workers who came to our house were very helpful and professional. Our roof was replaced in no time.
