        I ordered a bedframe from this location in November 2023. It is now April 2024 and I have not received my bed frame. I just received another message letting me know that it is delayed until May of 2024. Ive gone in several times to request a discount, refund, or a substitute while I wait for this order but there is a FEE for the refund. They have not done ANYTHING about this delay. Im beyond dissatisfied and disappointed by this location at Jeromes. Their customer service is terrible as they are consistently rude to me when I go in asking the simple question, is there anything else we can do. The answer is always no and that they have no control over it. Im sad to say that I do not recommend this location unless you dont mind waiting 6+ months for your order. Ill update this post when I finally receive the order so that you can have a more accurate depiction of the delay.
