Similar to fashion valley store, huge and busy.. Tried to fix my AirPods pair but unfortunately they are out of warranty (passed 3yrs already). Solution: Either replace each for $85 or buy (new third generation ) for $90 each which is on sale for the original price is $250 per pair

The employees were very helpful! Adam and Ahmet both went the extra mile in helping me out! Adam was also very pleasant in his interaction, and made me feel very comfortable in the switch process. Great job

I had an appointment at 4:40pm, so I arrive on time and Im directed to wait at one of the tables, and that someone will be right with me. After a half hour goes by watching employees stand in a huddle on their ipads, or help customers walking in to ask about the vision pro, I walk up to an employee to see whats going on and she very rudely told me that my technician was on his lunch and that there was a call out, so I should go and sit where I was waiting. About 10-15 minutes later my technician, who was very helpful, comes out. I have no problem with waiting, I completely understand call outs and things happening, but why wasnt I informed when I got there? Why was I told someone would be right with me when in reality it would be almost an hour when I had an appointment in the first place? I could have walked around the mall a bit or got some coffee or came back whenever they were ready instead of sitting and waiting for over 40 minutes looking like an idiot while everyone else is being helped, even at the same table Im sitting at. Multiple times an employee would come over to put something in the drawer next to me and no one ever said a word. I made eye contact with them multiple times, they would look at me and still nothing. Id say if you need help, choose a different store but if youre buying something, youre definitely at the right place because their priority is clearly only sales.
