I asked to get my jeans patched and they absolutely destroyed them. Im actually shocked at how awful the work is. They charge ridiculous prices too, which just adds insult to injury. Stay far away.

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! There are many negative reviews for this place but, seeking convenience, I made the mistake of ignoring them hoping they were not that bad. Big mistake I dropped off a suit and dress shirt on a Monday and asked if they could be ready by Thursday, as I was leaving on an important work trip on Saturday. The person there (who I believe is the owner) assured me that they would be ready by then, but he asked that I come in between 9am and 2pm since it was Thanksgiving and they were working reduced hours that daycompletely understandable. I showed up Thursday morning and they were closed! They had a note on the door saying that they would be closed through the next two days, but their Broadway street location would be open for urgent service only, and provided a number to contact them. I called the number and it was not activated, so I couldnt get through. I ran over to the Broadway street location and it was closed as well, despite the note saying it would be open. I tried calling dozens of times and was not been able to contact them. No response via email, either. Between this experience and those of other posters, its clear that they dont value their customers. There are other dry cleaners on 7th avenue, which I understand offer much better service. I will be trying them next.

The WORST. They never deliver clothes on the day they promise!!!!!!! Run AWAY! Theyve done this to me now over a dozen times and I will take my business somewhere else
