Very efficient! Ever since they have taken ownership, my clothes have never been lost or late. Even more important, they took our stains on a white blouse and a suit jacket! I was pleasantly surprised!

When this used to be Ogdens, back in October of 2018, they completely ruined my wedding dress. Happened about ten days prior to my wedding, which added the unnecessary stress of having to find another dress in such a short amount of time. I gave them the dress twice, so that their insurance team could open a claim. They never called me back, I never received any type of compensation, and I never got the dress back. I periodically inquire about it, but the manager does not respond. Recommend using these places in Rancho Bernardo instead...it would be worth the extra mile drive: Town Center Cleaners Continental Cleaners Superway Cleaners

I went in on Wednesday on 9/02/20 at 10:25am. Both doors were open. I brought in 5 items to dry clean. The girl said I couldnt get them till Saturday. I asked if I could have 2 of the items Friday, I needed them for Saturday. She said NO. I left and returned on Saturday at 2:10... they were closed. There is a small poorly written sign that states they close at 1:00 on Saturday. This sign was not visible when I entered because the doors were open. I tried calling before I drive down and the website said OPEN... I have a photo of it. My real question is why would my dry cleaning take 3 FULL days, why wasnt I at least able to get 2 of the items and most importantly why didnt the girl tell me your hours on Saturday. I had called earlier to see if my items had arrived because my receipt states After 4:00pm!!!!!!!! but there was a recording that said you werent able to get to the phone but would call back. Why arent the hours listed on your web or answering machine. I have been a customer at that establishment for more years than I can remember. Where is the customer service? Where are the employees that would have told me of your hours and tried to at Jesse get the 2 items done!!!!!
