Took two brand new pairs of jeans to be hemmed. They didn't even come close to matching the thread color and I felt bad asking to have them both fixed so I just asked for the one jeans that are really off to be redone. The person just said we don't have that color. I would have appreciated that information before they butchered my pants.

They STOLE my wife's wedding dress. After weeks, then months, of them saying it wasn't done yet. I came back eventually for them to tell me that they don't have it anymore. Doesn't PQ deserve better than this?

Hate to leave a bad review but simple clothes that ended up with more spots then what I gave-not sure if it's burnt iron marks or what but my clothes are damaged!

Brought a brand new suit in to get cleaned and get my pants tailored, since I hadn't worn it yet. Long story short, lost my pants and wasn't very gracious about it. Never going there again.
