Regular wash & fold was great, but then discovered a week later that the 3 dry cleaned items smell of strong body odor - as if they didn't even touch them. What exactly was cleaned here? Waste of time & money.

They do DECENT work. I think they charge too darn much. Dry cleaning a suit in Kensington I paid about $12.50 but this place charges $17.50. I guess they figured they could charge this much because they're the only dry cleaners around for many blocks

They do a great job with my dry cleaning! There was a small snag on one clothing item (it was delicate lace to be fair), and when I let the owner know she was apologetic and offered to fix it for free. Great customer service is always appreciated!
