Rude employees tonight. Both black folk at the front were extremely unprofessional and had attitudes.

Rite aids have been kind of hit for miss for me but THIS location cares. Ive had a really troublesome year, which has produced some hiccups but both pharmacists are understanding and caring. It feels more like a small family owned pharmacy than a corporate one. Theyve given me space during all the drastic changes going on in my life, to where Im very nervous asking for them to be understanding of my situation, especially now when my girlfriend has been diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable glioblastoma. But they pulled through for me. Its been very disruptive in my life but, again, I was met with understanding. I do also have the understanding that exceptions cannot just be made constantly but, dare I say, things should be better from now on. We have plans for how to go on from here, and this gives me the capacity to plan better and prioritize my and my girlfriends health. Im meeting with a new provider to help make this MUCH more organized but I am extremely grateful to the pharmacists (and techs) at this rite aid location. If there is any way to let my pharmacists read this, Id greatly appreciate it. They need to know how much they are appreciated. Theyve gone above and beyond for me, true compassions has been shown to me and Ive needed that reassurance of humanity in medicine.

I like this store. The associates are friendly, and the store is clean. They fill prescriptions quickly and I usually don't have to wait in line long. Much better than my experience at Walgreens.

Tonight I went into the store looking for organic coconut oil. As I walked the store Destiny (hope I spelled it right) stopped me to ask me what I was looking for. I told her. She took me to 3 different areas that all had different coconut oil options. After I bought the last option, turned out it was the first option all along, that I needed. Thank you for going out of your way to help me. What a great representation of a great employee.
