Your customer service sucks. They lie and steal. They held my printer hostage. They never got or was given permission to bill my credit card. They don't have people who speak English well enough to communicate or help solve problems. I'll never own another HP product.

As a business owner understand mistakes happen. Let's see do
I comment on the two HP printers I had to buy in 9 months that failed and not warrantied. "We will call you back" on more than one occasion. Or do I comment on the original ink cartridges' that came with the printer when I bought it and the set of cartridge's that are paid for with the ink subscription fees will no longer work because I canceled Hp's ink subscription program? This is theft and a reprehensible business practice. HP you are fired for life.
