Complete Solar

Complete Solar started install May of 2023. It will be 1 year soon and still not done. They removed siding from my home to access electrical panel and left wall completely open during a rain storm. I had to cover it myself. They held up the project for six months, claiming they were waiting on permits, and thats only because they let the first permit expire. Now the second permit is about to expire in a matter of weeks. Their so-called supervisors are completely clueless and of no help whatsoever. Im a construction general manager and have worked in the industry my whole life. I have never seen a worse company in any industry. Ive heard of nightmare stories, but I never thought I would be in one. They are a ZERO star!

Complete Solar have installed solar panels on two if my properties, as well as the backup batteries in mid 2023; however, we are still waiting for electrical panel upgrades for both properties. Because of their poor scheduling abilities, they have been fined by SDGE and they still have not paid the fines. We are stuck waiting for Complete Solar to pay the fines in order to move forward. In the past when I would call for updates I spoke with people that were in Nicaragua! Lately I have been calling for updates, but now they don't answer at all and leave you on hold with an annoying song. It is very difficult to get any information or updates. This has been an unbelievablely frustrating time dealing with Complete Solar. When we first spoke with My Smart House, we did not know Complete Solar was going to be the installer. I wish we would have had an opportunity to do a background to check on them. We are stuck with them now. I hope we can get both properties done this year in 2024.

I signed and paid for my system in March 2023 and its been about a year and my installation process still isnt complete. Ive had to do many things myself like coordinate w city departments (which my solar provider is supposed to do). Everything about them is slow and terrible. Ill recommend almost any other competitor.

When they installed the panels everything was perfect except I didnt have electricity in one of my restrooms but yesterday Javier and Luis did an amazing job thank you so much.

Same issues as everyone else.. cant ever get ahold of someone and when you do .. they always say Ill get back to you .. which they never do. I always have to call them. Very nervous about my panels after reading the reviews
