I just started working here at the beggining of the week. So far I have enjoyed every minute. The management and employees are top notch. Some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The work environment is very friendly and motivating at the same time. I was referred by an old friend who loves working here. I seriously recommend anyone interested to read up on the company website and apply. This is the first job I'm legitimately looking at as my future career. Any negative reviews are clearly biased in attempt to rectify some sort of personal grudge. Just ask any current employee, new or tenured. They will tell you the same and talk about how much they enjoy their job as well as the people they work with.

Let me start by stating management has favorites and if you don't kiss the boot you can expect to be booted from your job. they sell the the bonus structure to applicants in training, when in reality its virtually impossible to obtain. (while in training) During my time at Rivo I experienced being audited for my car braking down, I had smoke coming out of my engine twice. three separate occasions I was audited. two due to external forces that management knew about ahead of time preventing me from coming to work. The Training manager ostracized me and MULTIPLE other agents noticed/motioned to me her behavior compared to how she treats other agents. Not to mention the last training class before mine, two applicants almost had a fist fight with the training manager and multiple agents expressed thoughts of depressions and mental health nuances that i have experienced due to this manager. (Post - Training ) lead to believe in training that we would be working with applications submitted to THE company. when in reality your harassing people who don't want to be contacted in some cases at all. This makes working your job mind numbingly boring and hard to work as contact with customers are unpredictable from minutes to most cases HOURS. for my next two months with the company I was brought to HR Multiple times a week for "surprised reactions causing other agents to feel non inclusive, funny jokes and comments" -that had the room laughing i will add- both instances reported by THE TRAINING MANNAGER (LUNCH WHILE OFF THE CLOCK) a lunch took place with two Lead managers where I played a game of cat and mouse masking my real age, This and "my flirtatious demeanor" was reported to HR after I had asked a employee to dinner. supposedly my Gesture made the employee " Uncomfortable enough to the point where I was untrainable" thus getting me kicked off the team once I heard of how I made this person feel, I went to apologise and was treated like a criminal....over a Gesture to dinner. Not to mention I was sent home over lending a pocket knife to help a coworker cut a peach because I "made employees scared and uncomfortable to be around" for using the quick switch to open the blade. HR treated me like a criminal in this case too. I'm a guy who clocks in doesn't say much and works to provide for my disabled mother. immagine how i felt already communing 60 minutes to deal with this daily. after submitting my two weeks the process was "Expedited" by HR for me, meaning they cut me a week short of work swiping $600 that could have helped with my unemployment and mother. ( ENVIRONMENT) The work hours are very long and they supply Unhealthy amounts of caffeine to workers keeping them hooked. Not to mention Drama is like highschool and word spreads like a wild fire here. scaling in this company is impossible unless you lick boots and meet quotas, if you fall short and have a bad day managers will simply tell you to Work Harder because they only care about the team quota. Every agent is drained of sleep so its common to see fully unconscious adults laying around trying to catch sleep on any brake they can. this job is genuinely as close to the movie The Matrix because the company wants nothing else but your body and mind with NO WORK LIFE BALANCE IN THE MIX. if this is what you like then apply, enjoy either sitting or standing for your 8 hour shift.
