Walked into Express looking for some clothes for my boyfriend. Store was empty. It was also getting close to closing time. We saw a button up shirt we liked but couldnt find a medium. We saw one of the mannequin had a medium. We asked if we could take a look at it as we wanted to buy it. One of the girls working told us they could not strip the mannequins. How are you supposed to sell that shirt if you cant take off a mannequin? We were really interested in buying that shirt. Im typically not the type to complain or write a review. However, the attendants lack of urgency and unwilling to help bothered us. She did not offer to find an alternative or provide any further help. Cant really give my money to a place who doesnt care to provide even a small amount of customer service.
