Out of the Closet - San Diego

Have not been to store here in San Diego hence the 4 stars, my chief complaint is we scheduled well over 2 weeks in advance for a donation pickup got an email 1 day before our scheduled time gave me a 2 hour window of pickup time after waiting an hour past the scheduled time Never showed up I called the dispatch department explained the problem he said he would get back to me as soon as he heard back from the store. 1 hour later no call so I called back and what do you know it goes straight to their voicemail left a message waited another hour called again and voicemail again. I'm easy all it would of taken was a call back I would of rescheduled you need better customer service.

My husband and I shop at "Out of the Closet" at least twice a week for their AMAZING prices on stylish clothing, accessories, shoes, books, furniture, and more. Each time we shop there, we are greeted with a warm welcome from the salesperson "Terri". She always makes sure to answer any questions we have and gives terrific suggestions. Terri's bubbly personality and excellent customer service keeps us coming back for more! clDEOR, AN

My friend was visiting from out of town who loves thrift stores. We walked about half a mile to get there before they closed and they closed early, rude staff as well. The other time Ive been there experienced the same attitude

We liked the place until we came recently and the old lady that worked there tried to stop us from walking in twenty minutes before closing. We came in and she said they close the register 15 minutes before closing and to come back tomorrow. We live an hour and a half away! If you close at 645, then list that on google so people dont waste their time driving over. She also didnt make us feel welcome by asking if my husband had a lit cigarette in his mouth when he was chewing on a licorice stick. Wont be returning.
