Ryan should not work the register, he has an attitude when explaining to customers that their combo meals that has a + drink on it has a price of $13.70. It the drink is addes to this price it should not be advertised as a combo. He was very rude! First time here and will NOT come back.

I order from this place every week for the company I work for and spend roughly $100-$150 every week, it's usually very good up until this last time. Last Thursday I ordered a meal and ended up finding a deep fried locust in my food, I immediately lost my appetite and brought back the food to the store to show the manager, she told me that she wouldn't be able to give me a refund because the order was too big and that corporate would be getting in touch with me, I tried calling them and was put on hold for 20 min before I gave up, I still haven't received a refund or a phone call or any kind of attempt to make things right. I understand that there are a lot of bugs and virtually impossible to keep them all out but this thing was huge, it was about the size of a peice of orange chicken. Super disappointed.

First of all the staff is very rude. I ordered online and it said that my order was ready, I watched them put it on the rack and I was waiting for 2 mins at the register before anyone said anything to me. The guy at the register then continued to serve other customers right nex to me and ignored me. I dont know how to get my food, so I said hello? and the guy gave me an attitude. All that and there was barely any chicken
