Very good combination rice. Beers are a bit pricey. Three beers and dishes plus one appetizer was right around $110.
Parking: Good luck finding a nearby space. OB is a bit tight on room.

Love this place!   Great food and local ambiance.   I recall the first time I came here I loved it and just wanted to go back and try more of their asian-inspired dishes,  So I invited 2 friends from out of town a few weeks later.  This time the food wasn't as great, but the waiter was pretty funny.  From the very start he asked us what we wanted to drink and 2 of us said water was fine.  He replied something like, "you guys really should have a beer".  Finally my friend ordered a beer on tap, but he still was pushing the 2 of us to get beers so we would beef up the tab.  We ordered the spicy garlic wings which were a great appetizer followed by each one ordering a pho and 2 noodle dishes.  The flavour was definitely good, except the beef in my noodle stir fry was a bit on the chewy side.  The waiter came back and asked my friend if he wanted another beer and he declined...should have seen the look on the waiter's face!  It was very humorous yet a bit suspicious in that maybe he gets paid extra for every beer he sells. :)  The total bill was close to $90 dollars for 3 people for lunch, which I consider pricey but seems like going out to eat is super expensive nowadays.  I am not complaining, just a mere fact.  What mattered most was that we enjoyed the company and conversation at lunch, and the food was pretty tasty overall. HOWEVER, if feel that the waiter should not be pimpin' beers to his customers!!
