I placed an online order for pick up. During that process you are asked if you want hot sauce, utensils, napkins etc. I indicated I wanted all three. When I got the order back to work after pick-up, none of those items were in the bag. FRUSTRASTING!

I ordered through the app with almost one hour notice. It was about 11:20am and I specified that I wanted the food to be ready for 12:15pm.
When I arrived there I was about 10 minutes early.
Not only the food was not ready, I had to wait 25 minutes to get the order completed.
And the manager and general manager were there!!!
I'll never order at this location again!
The staff wasn't really on top of anything, probably because they were to busy trying to look brilliant at the eyes of the manager...it took 5 minutes to get acknowledged by the person at the register and then completely ignored me while serving other online orders that very likely were posted after mine.
Kept smiling at me and no matter how many times I told them that I was on the clock and I had to get the food on time, they were still doing their thing.
I'm not sure if I'll ever order at Panda again but I give you one recommendation:
Don't order at this location!

Excellent food, friendly staff. There are always several of my favorites available and plenty of new dishes
