Chase Bank

Stay away. No ethical concern for the customer as such, lousy customer service and pitiful attention to the number one job of a bank: Is your money is secure/is it making money. No accountability. I felt like a number and as they have a lot of customers, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

It was my first time in the actual bank. They have a very small parking lot. When I first walked in, I was the only person, it quickly filled up. Closing accounts was quick and easy. The teller polite, knowledgeable and efficient at her job. The manager was also very polite and friendly. The bank is on the small side and very clean.

The worst service I have ever had from the workers at this bank. I tried to open a bank account for my fiancee, I was only a few minutes late for an appointment scheduled for 60 minutes, they told me that they had to help someone else, but there was no one at the desk, they are very lazy people, they don't care, they didn't even call to remember our date with chase. i tried calling many times to let them know i was arriving a few mins late and they didnt answered. I do not recommend this location to do your chase banking! It has a lot of bad reviews for a reason.

Great customer service, I was victim of a telephone scan, staff help me immediately, make sure my money was safe! They are professional, efficient, have the right knowledge, and experience needed to fix complex cases. Thank you!
