        Severely understaffed! Their notary is never available, and even when you make an appointment several days and events you still end up waiting for an hour, at least.

        Look for Branch Manager Mr Cruz to help you open an account or even set you up with a bank loan. The branch is very neat, tidy, and spacious . Excellent service and very knowledgeable!!!

        Would not recommend this location as they dont value the appointment time. I made the appointment at 12pm but the banker was busy with someone else. I had to wait for a long time for him to complete his chit-chat and small talk with others.

        Calling on the phone is like pulling a bots teeth. The automated call router is not user friendly and will go dead silent for minutes at a time. Please invest in a better call handling service.
