Home Bank of California

I am constantly shocked at the horrible customer service from this very small bank. They could care less about their customers and prove it every interaction I have with them. Their remote check deposit is deplorable, and they don't keep any deposits online for more than a month- they don't keep more thank 3 months of statements available online, and then charge you $5.00 per statement. I have called four days in a row requesting 2022- told them my accountant needed them- 4 days later I still have not received them. I have called and been told that they are too busy with NEW customers...WHO treats existing customers like that??? You would think you get better service at a small bank...NOT this one!

Called before and the guy had no idea how to answer my question and asked for help and came back with the answer, I don't know. He tried I guess... but then I tried their chat service on their app which to this day and two years later I still haven't received responses from. When I first opened an account with them this blonde lady was really rude and hasty and following that i haven't really received service as good as SDCCU.

Home Bank, specifically Theo, helped our company with the PPP loan when no one else would. Our business has banked with Wells Fargo since the 90's and they couldn't get things done for us. Thank you Home Bank of California!
