Fast service for a walk in oil change!

Everything had been very good until today 03/20/2024. How frustrating it was to arrive at the establishment and find out that I do not have any appointment scheduled for my car's oil change when yesterday, 03/19/2024 at 5:05 pm, the person who answered me by phone had supposedly scheduled an appointment for me. appointment for 10am he even asked me for my phone number and name, was that really just a joke or what? When I arrived at the establishment I explained to the manager that I work at night, I still kept my appointment, but he still didn't want to assist me, I guess that's not really important. Anyway, I asked him for the number of a supervisor because I was hoping that they would help me, since I also work and this is my only day off so I can take my car to have the oil changed, but the man with long hair and glasses who was in charge told me that the only supervisor they have is the man who supposedly made the appointment for me, so who do I go to? They do get angry as if it were their fault that they are not doing the job they are paid for. What a shame, another lost customer!

Best service in san diego.
Very professional was excellent up till today 3/11/24, gave 5 star reviews all the time.
Came in for an oil change the guy didn't except my on line coupon for 15$ ,ask me to go home an print the coupon or pay full price.
Shame on you ,you lost me
