The service was ok the first time I used them service tech wasn’t sure of a part I needed I went to dealer got correct part and called the tech again to finish the repairs I needed he broke the part that cost $32 he said he would go to salvage yard and get a replacement he came back and wanted to charge me for the replacement part I questioned him about the cost of replacement part he said he take $5 off because he replaced the part he broke I explained to him yes you replaced it but I paid for both so got only $5 credit for $53 dollars on parts I paid for. I highly recommend Assured Mobile Auto Repair for all automotive needs! Their flexibility, pricing and efficiency have made me a lifetime customer!! My Ford Explorer wouldn’t start and was stranded at a gas station a few weeks ago. Called and spoke with the owner, Jeff. He was able to immediately come right out to my location to perform diagnostic work. He quickly determined that my alternator needed to be replaced. He was able to go pick up the part and make the repair AT THE GAS STATION I was stuck at! Total process took less than 2 hours! And charged a fraction of what I expected to pay!! I expected to have to pay a tow truck and have my car in a garage for a day or two. Very happy with the work and have had no trouble since!! Thanks!!

We got car towed home Friday night. I’m 4 hours away and googled auto repair close to her. Nobody was opened until Monday. I found Assured Mobile Auto Repair. I took a chance and called. BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! Jeff was there within an hour and within another 2 hours had her car fixed!! Very reasonable on price too!! THANK YOU JEFF!!
