        I have used Ian Topf twice for drawing up relatively complicated legal documents. He is very pleasant to work with. He is organized, listens well and can find a proper legal way to generate a document that covers contingencies I wouldn't have thought of. He is ethical, reasonably priced and I'll use him again and recommend him to others.
