I don’t want to speak on the entire law firm but I would like to talk about both of the lawyers who handled my case, the experience was very unprofessional, rude, and my first lawyer Betty was very unresponsive and very rude. Considering this was my first car accident I had been involved with, I was not familiar with the process and Betty was very rude and would get annoyed whenever I would ask a question. When I left my car, in the shop to get fixed I was not aware of what car rental I had to go in order to rent a car I called Betty over 5 times in order to figure out what car rental I was suppose to go to and NEVER got a response. I had to call family members to GUESS what car rental I was suppose to go and shortly after asking car rental places around my area if they had my information so I could pick up a car rental I finally located the correct rental car location. I arrived and Betty was suppose to give a confirmation code for the car rental but since she had never got back to me regarding the location of the car the lady working at enterprise was nice enough to help me out and get additional information so I could leave with the car rental. Keep in mind Betty knew what day and time I was suppose to drop my car off at the shop. Days later Betty calls me and does not even address her lack of care in regards to the car rental incident, very unprofessional and rude there was times where she speak to me on the phone and just be very disrespectful and speak to me as if I was dumb. I’m not sure why she had given the case up to a different lawyer but Marina had handled my case towards the end, and at first she was nice and responsive but later on once we were closing out the case and we discussed what everyones cut from the case would be, she did not thoroughly discuss with me the percentages of the case or just any money that was involved she just told she would send an email which would of been nice if she spoke to me on the phone and then sent me an email as well. She was very short didnt go into details and then later had an argument with me over the phone and told me if I had ant questions regarding the chiropractic visit to call him myself since I had a problem with the money portion of it, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! She's a lawyer and thats her job. Again my experience was not great but I cant speak on the entire law firm I hope both lawyers are able to see their mistakes and change them so another client does not experience what I experienced.
