Fergusson has been very hospitable during my multiple browsing visits and my ultimate purchasing experience exceeded expectations. Eric Weiss is the product specialist that assisted me and I can't overexaggerate his knowledge, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. He helped me build two bathrooms and I'll be back when it's time to remodel our kitchen. He was candid with his opinions and flexible with his recommendations as my wants and needs became better understood. The end result was a tailored suite of fixtures and accessories that I'm extremely happy with to the point in the process. While the transaction isn't complete, I have confidence the remainder of my Ferguson shopping experience will be equally satisfying.
