        The nature of our experience with Strata underwent a significant change after our relocation from a higher floor to a lower one. Ironically, the quality of living has also been adversely affected.

        Cons: Huge electricity bill, cheap appliances that are always breaking down, 15% rent increase after the first year on an already overinflated rent, and poor maintenance and management overall. Pros: Nice layout and great view of the city.

        Terrible property management . Attempted to submit an application after poor communication. Toured property twice . Also paid deposit fee. I am blind and this is discrimination . Will be escalating if anybody decides to formally respond .
