Well lets start by taking all your money. For the same applicance you would get in goverment low income housing. Outdated parks with no sun covers for kids. No gym or pools like other housing.

I like the house we are in, it's very spacious for a home in San Diego. There are no amenities like a pool or gym, and for that reason I don't think Bayview Hills is worth moving into for full BAH. Even the smallest unit, the two bed 1 bath which is pretty small is now full BAH. For $3600 a month you can easily find something nicer with a pool and gym. The area is okay here in National City, we get a LOT of homeless people wandering into our neighborhood from the near buy street.

Theres very little to be wanting here - the only thing I could possibly think of is increased security measures after reviewing what the patrol at night can actually do and the crime around the area but I havent personally seen or experienced anything myself. The house is great - we would love to have ceiling fans in our kids room but it seems okay so far without just by turning down the thermostat - the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and we enjoy having so many kids in the neighborhood.
