Ive been going to Nalu healing arts for about 4 years now and they are worth every penny. Tiff, Senna, and Corita are top notch and every time I see them I have to sit in my car after and recover from the daze they put me in. They heal my body for the month and allow me to continue on as a fitness instructor and a mama. Best in the city.

I had the pleasure to meet Dr.Corita Cazares for my acupuncture/cupping appointment and OMG I fell in love!!! With every acupuncture needle I swear I felt like my body was sinking more and more into that warm bed. To say that I felt so relaxed is an understatement. The way I felt after my session was AAAHHHHHmazing! I will definitely be adding this to my self care regimen

This is a hidden gem! They have bodywork, massage, yoga classes, a sauna and so much more. The massage I received from Taquiyya was so tailored to my needs in my upper back and neck and the attention to detail was impeccable! The yoga/bodywork class I attended was so fun and unique. Its nice to have a place near home that I can feel rejuvenation and wellness from!
