I have been seeing David regularly for over a year and highly recommend his work. His room is very comfortable, calming and cozy. I have seen David with a variety of challenges (e.g., sports injury, work out strains, surgical recovery), as well as, for general well-being and self-care. He always takes time to ask what I have going on and easily adapts his work to those needs. The spa itself is in the sweet little neighborhood of Kensington and is, overall, very pleasant with friendly staff. Tea and water are always available for welcoming you in or rehydrating after a service. Pro tip: Sundays are extra chill and my favorite day to go!

Dave is a miracle worker! He was able to successfully diagnose and fix a problem that multiple medical doctors were unable to diagnose and had ultimately recommended surgery for. I suffered for years from chronic migraines that were so bad that I had to take pain pills just to fall asleep at times. I ended up going through with the surgery and the headaches only seemed to get worse. After a couple sessions with Dave, I knew we were on to something. The pain is now 90% gone, I'm practically headache free and the treatment has drastically improved my quality of life. I absolutely recommend seeing Dave and giving Zen a chance! I don't know where I'd be without them!

I just had an amazing massage with Bonny. I'm visiting from out of town and it was just what I needed after a stressful week. Bonny was very attentive, and made sure the pressure was good. I get a lot of massages and this was one of the best. Very surprised at the earlier negative review as that was not my experience at all. Will book with Bonny again next time I'm in town.
