Did a great job cleaning up flood and asbestos removal. Remodeled entire house. (Constantine Balen has his own construction company so I only had to work with him). High quality, easy to work with,good communication. He's going to be repiping my house, which is pretty old and the pipes are leaking. Very happy I found him. Highly recommend. Constantin and his team were very helpful during the cleanup and reconstruction following a major leak in my kitchen. They were able to come out and start working next day after the plumbing fix the leak. Constantin was very personable, reliable, and explained everything clearing from how to fix the issue as well as pricing. His customer service, reliability, and efficiency are exceptional. You should absolutely give them a call! My house now looks great and really recommend Servpro of Central Garden Grove with Constantin doing a great job with their work. BEWARE SERVPRO GARDEN GROVE CONSTANTINSo Constantin  entered my parents house by started the job would not communicate with the scope of the job  when my girlfriend tried to find out the scope of the job his reply was you why do you need to know you don't need to know what I'm doing!! So the next day my parents call me and by the way they are in there 80s and said this guy constantin has torn out part of their kitchen and they smell gas! So my  girlfriend is part owner of the home but again he told her she doesn't need know anything and he keep saying leave me alone! So he removed the stove without contacting me or communicate with me and instead of capping  the gas pipe he put blue painters tape and so it was weeping gas! I have never met or felt with this lack of respect and disregard for woman and or people in general! So in conclusion I fired him and basicallly almost had to call the police to remove him from my property he scared my girlfriend and my parents with his aggressive behavior!BEWARE OF SEVPRO GARDEN GROVE
