First intro to this brand and for sure will be back! Such a great experience. Its packed with product and wide variety too. Of course, I waited too long and they didnt have what I needed. Then Bella informed me that possibly another store could ship it. She called multiple stores for me, found the item and told me it would be shipped for free.
Multitasked throughout while completely keeping her composure in a sweet but efficient way. Just delightful! An exceptional Ambassador for your company!
She was completely transparent that due to less than a week away the item may not arrive before Christmas. Appreciated her honesty and took a picture to put in gift box, worst case scenario.
Im just astonished (having worked retail in a previous life) that two stores (San Clemente and Fashion Valley) amidst the holiday full court press took the time to find this single item, administratively pass necessary info, collect and then mail said item QUICKLY! Wow!
Wait for it it arrived in time for Christmas!
I should have bought a bigger gift card.

Had the board in stock that I'd travelled all the way from England to find whilst on honeymoon, staff member built the board up for me as obviously I had no tools with. Great store, amazing service.
