Mission Plumbing and Heating

I called about a leak late on Thursday. They were able to come out on Friday. They sent two plumbers who were on time and professional. They came in found the leak and fixed it in less than an hour. They cleaned their mess up and left thing cleaner then when they got here! The price was reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

If you feel like being abused and treated in a very aggressing manner, then choose this company. I was just on the phone with a woman in the office and she threatened me with a lawsuit if I would not do what she wanted. Be VERY wary of this company.

I do not normally leave bad reviews, but was surprised by the rudeness of the staff at this company. One of their trucks was blocking my parking space and when I called to request they have the driver move, I got a very rude response. The driver was in the car and I asked him to move up so I could get in my space. He inched up 3 inches and told me that is as far as he can go. He finally realized there was plenty of room to move up. I then received a nasty voicemail from Kelly in their office telling me that she is reporting me to the HOA. I only asked the young man to move forward so I could park. I would never recommend this company if this is how they treat people.

The plumbers that have come to our home from this business have been great. Efficient, courteous and honest. My only complaint was a supervisor that called me prior to an appointment. She didn't listen and honestly was very intimidating. Not good for customer relations!
