San Clemente Carpet Cleaners

They brokered to a new technician and he didnt want to work. He came said he couldn't do the job for what the office quoted. Charges went from $250 to $1000 for a sofa and 4 bedrooms. We did same job last year with Another company and they charged $200. I understand inflation but thIs guy was rude and came by himself claiming the job was too big for him, I called office and they apologized, said they would call another tech. I said great I appreciate it but they never even called me back. Waste of time and preparation. Dont bother calling them if you dont want to be let down. Not recommended . Please consider other companies if you actually want them to show up. They sent out a guy who quoted $250 for standard cleaning and stain removal BUT for DEEP CLEANING and STAIN REMOVAL it would be $450!!!! On the day of the appointment I was told that the office didn't approve of this guys quote and dismissed the appointment altogether...NICE real NICE for us. Suffice it to say I had to call another reliable cleaner to actually show up to do the job.

Carpets were bad in Office and needed a company to come out quickly. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

This is a Long Beach based company that uses a dba in Orange County. They probably have a dozen company names registered all across SoCal. My husband called "San Clemente Carpet Cleaing" for a quote to have our stairs cleaned. Over the phone, we were told that their minimum was $150- so that's what it would cost to do our stairs. . When the technician arrived, he proceeded to offer 3 different price options, STARTING at $150, they also offered a mid and a full service price. Excuse me? What a scam! With their good-better-best bait and switch scheme. When this made me upset, he explained that they came all the way from Long Beach so their charge has to cover the drive. This guy had NO IDEA he was being dispatched by a fictitious business name company that is *supposedly* based in San Clemente. We ended up paying $206 for the *better* service, aka: with shampoo and not just steam. Needless to say, I'll never hire them again. Unethical sales practices FOR SURE. I just didn't feel like fighting anymore over $50, so the easiest route was to get my carpet cleaned and move on. Buyer beware!
