As you may recall I was quoted just under $24K by ''Brand X'' to have my sewer lines descaled and epoxied. Thanks to shopping around on ND, I found "Handy Plumbing Man" who came out the same day, on Monday, and quoted me $10K less than Brand X! Not only did they descale, epoxy (five coats) the line under the garage, they also replaced twenty feet under my front lawn (trenchless). They completely finished the project, as promised, on Wednesday. Raphael and Marcos walked us through the entire job, very professional. Two and a half weeks later everything is still flowing freely. Side bar: I have made it my personal policy not make any recommendations or referrals on any kind of anything, however if you are considering having any costly ($$$$$) work done, give these guys a once over. You be the judge.

Wow. A stellar service experience. That is such a rare thing to be able to say these days especially in the Bay Area. Marco the owner answered the phone on a Sunday evening. Plumber Raphael showed up on time the next day. Job turned out to be much bigger than a clogged tub, as the sewer line under the house was leaking. (They Showed me the love video images) Full job was scheduled for 3 days later. Team showed up on time, kept my house tidy a (under house access is from inside), explained all the details, were as quiet as possible, and minimized the inconvenience as much as humanly possible. They are Professional, Communication is excellent, teams knowledge is spot on, and the people are kind and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are great. Very professional and kind. Within 24 hours they were at my houseand within 20 minutes they solved an issue that stumped other plumbers. Highly recommend.
