We called this company to fix a heating problem in the middle of the winter. Their processes are long and inefficient (once the problem was identified, it took them 3 business day to just to send a quote). Their communications were confusing and unclear, which caused delays and frustration on our family who was left without heating for an undefined period of time with no clear timeline. I found their representatives on the phone rude and impacient, as they kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask questions.

They came to my house on short notice and diagnosed my furnace issue quickly. The service technician was very friendly and gave me detailed information about the problem. The only downside is that it took them 3 days to give me a quote for a new furnace and I had to go with someone else for the replacement.

DegreeHVAC is a highly professional company for HVAC needs. I've had my furnace serviced and hot water heater replaced by them. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
