Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport

No pool is one thing. Another is booking and being told there is a tub and then checking to find out there is not. Room was booked so I could bathe my 1 year old in a tub. Then getting a confrontational front desk is the icing on the cake. This review will likely be buried by fake reviews from management - avoid this place at all costs.

No pool no pool no pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No pool no pool no pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Remove pictures please this is so crazy I wanted to go in the pool me and my daughter changed and walked to go find it I looked dumb food was so expensive Im taking about a cup noodle was 14 dollars I paid 20 for 2 waters and 1 Gatorade and charged that plus a 15 dollars idk for what ? Not a good experience overall

I stayed here on a United voucher after a missed connection. The service was quite good. They were kind and professional, going beyond what I expected. The environment was peaceful - a perfect oasis with quiet rooms and an appealing decor. They made this weary traveler feel well cared for.
