Very disappointed. Dont be fooled by the pictures. They have a lot of decor to make it look classy but they do not focus on the details most hotels do. The sheets and towels have holes in them. Ive never been to a hotel with holes in the sheets and towels and I travel monthly. The metal decor in the restroom is rusting. The shower curtain has stains on it. The curtains are torn. The pillow cases are dirty. They are stingy with their towels only giving you the bare minimum. We asked for more and the desk agent reluctantly gave us 1 more set. We also asked them to change the sheets and shower curtain. They said they would but did not do it. Do not stay here. You get what you pay for. It may seem highly rated for a decent price and look classy but its basically lipstick on a pig. It would be better to pay the higher rate of most highly rated hotels in the San Francisco Oakland area than to be tricked into thinking you are getting a great deal with this.

Wow what a great experience I had here. All due to the great customer service by Chris at the front desk. I hope hes up for a promotion or a significant raise. Great Hotel!!!! Rooms: My room was clean and very quiet!!

This hotel is absolutely adorable!!, The front desk clerk (Christian) was very professional yet friendly !!
