        Useless staff. I was trying to ship back a muffler. It was a bulky oversized package, I already had the label printed and they refused to take it in. Apparently EVERYTHING that gets shipped via FedEx must be in a box. I drove down the street to another FedEx ship center and they took it in. No questions asked!

        Bad service, called to see if they could give me a round about quote on shipping a box that I got delivered from FedEx. Every shipping store I called plugged in the numbers, weight and how big the box was and gave me a shipping price based off real numbers. The guy said we arent allowed to give quotes. You work at FedEx and you cant plug in some dimensions and tell me the cost to ship a box.
