Licensed Professional, family oriented, efficient, high standards work. Ray was responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. Ray and his team helped us out by replacing an inappropriately and hazardously installed a water heater with a great quality water heater 100% up to code. We were so upset to find out the home we have been renting has had inappropriate water heating installation and ventilation. Ray was very professional, up front, and made his intentions to provide high standard services very clear. From working with him, I can tell he truly cares about his work, he is highly knowledgeable about his craft, and he is family oriented. He carries his service to only deliver high standards and I can tell he believes in long term quality and efficiency over a quick fix.
